wedding preps and university applications...
So today I was in the city and went to the office, where you announce your wedding, get the wedding date and so on. I basically wanted to get teh information about what papers we will need. Actually, I was thinking, that the whole thing would be complicated because of my man, since he is American and it would be more paperwork for him than for me as a resident in this country, but no... Turns out, he needs only a few papers and I need a shitload of paperwork to be done, some of which I have not the slightest idea where I could get it from. Basically I will have to go back there on Monday and tell them, that it is, for various reasons, not possible for me to get exactly those papers, as they want them, but I can give them all the information that they request...
For explanation: I was born in Poland but my mom came to Germany when I was 3 years old and I grew up in Germany. She married twice and each time, my last name was changed along with hers. Now its like that, that on my birth certificate, my last name is not the same than my mom's name on the certificate and they basically want a birth certificate, where all my name changes are noted, which is impossible, because these name changes were done here in Germany and not in Poland, but my birth certificate is from Poland and I won't get the paper that they want because its two different things done in two different countries. Fuerthermore I have given up my polish citizenship, which makes the whole deal even harder, because I would have to go to the polish general embassy here in Germany and request a Polish court to verify the German court orders about my name change and basically create a new birth certificate, which would take forever... And we wanted to get married as quickly as possible, because he has to move on to his next duty station and there are papers to be filled because i am coming along... So we need to be married before he moves...

another weekend at home...
I can't believe it...
I wanted to go out like really badly yesterday (well, today too, but hmmm grmpf...
)...
My boo got a call from friends yesterday, whether we wanna come along, they were hitting my favourite club that I haven't been to for more than a year now, and he just said no
...
He knows exactly, that I wanted to go out... I was so damn mad... I guess I didn't talk to him the whole evening and today it is almost the same. We sit at home again and everyone is kinda doing their own thing. I really don't mind spending a weekend at home and I love to snuggle with him on the couch and watch horromovies all night long, but I also wanna go out once in a while and ever since he came back, we hadn't been out together once. Instead, he keeps going out with his friends and I am either pissed, that I was left at home again, or I end up going out alone myself.
I like going out alone and I am not against him hanging out with his buddies and having a "guys only" nicht, but hell, we could also do something together once in a damn while...
Ok, guess that was enough rambling for now...
